Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be thrilled with the Monscierge platform. We go out of our way to ensure that the platform is designed and built to satisfy the needs of guests worldwide. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to our products.

Standard Return & Cancellation Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting a return or cancellation of a product you purchased from Monscierge:

  • All software subscriptions include a standard 36-month subscription term.
  • Subscriptions may only be cancelled upon buy-out of the remaining subscription term.
  • We do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using Monscierge during your subscription term.
  • Please ensure best efforts have been made to communicate and rectify issues.

There are some items, however that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Hardware and accessories.
  • Services including installation, site survey, revenue review, design consultation, or design implementation.
  • Shipping, handling, and/or tax.

Refund Policy

Refunds on subscriptions, services, and hardware are not available, unless otherwise noted by Monscierge.
