Account Management

Location: Variable

Required Skills:

  • Builds and maintains customer satisfaction by proactively and reactively ensuring successful use of Monscierge products and services at individual sites.
  • Ensures successful transition/collaboration of pilot site from Sales and Market Engagement to Account Management.
  • Primary contact for customer and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent client needs within Monscierge.
  • Build relationship to encourage new and repeat business.
  • Monitor the account to ensure enduring, strong relationship with Monscierge.
  • Registering and closing zen desk tickets.
  • Customer technical on-boarding.

Software Sales

Location: Variable

Required Skills:

  • All aspects of the sales process (prospecting, qualifying, cultivating and contracting) in addition to territory and pipeline management for simple and complex accounts resulting in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Identifies strategies and oversees activities on assigned accounts to secure sales and enduring customer relationship.
  • Works collaboratively with Executive Team, Marketing Engagement, and Account Management to ensure trusted relationship with accounts.
