Software Sales

Location: Variable

Required Skills:

  • All aspects of the sales process (prospecting, qualifying, cultivating and contracting) in addition to territory and pipeline management for simple and complex accounts resulting in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Identifies strategies and oversees activities on assigned accounts to secure sales and enduring customer relationship.
  • Works collaboratively with Executive Team, Marketing Engagement, and Account Management to ensure trusted relationship with accounts.
  • Personally adds value to client relationship ensuring customer desire to work with rep and Monscierge

Market Engagement

Location: Variable

Required Skills:

  • Responsible for successful deployment Monscierge's products and services resulting in site(s) that serve as models or references of excellence. "First In" in collaboration with Sales.
  • Builds report with key customers (management, project leads, end users).
  • Works with Sales prior to contract close to identify and recommend implementation strategy for one or many properties.
  • Works in highly collaborative manner with customer to identify needs. Quickly gains understanding of key business processes, work-flow and organizational structure in order to develop and execute implementation and adoption programs at reference site(s).
  • Gathers account, market and industry information to identify factors influencing adoption.
  • Develops models for all aspects of guest/patient journey, working with appropriate internal teams (Product Development, Marketing) as necessary.
  • Works alone or with Monscierge customer team (Sales, Project Manager, Account Manager, Creative Services) to ensure implementation programs are extended to broader customer base.
  • Liaison between market needs and Monscierge.
  • Identify, develop and execute implementation programs that work for individual site using method that can be extended to larger customer groups.
  • Represent client needs within Monscierge

Account Management

Location: Variable

Required Skills:

  • Builds and maintains customer satisfaction by proactively and reactively ensuring successful use of Monscierge products and services at individual sites.
  • Ensures successful transition/collaboration of pilot site from Sales and Market Engagement to Account Management.
  • Primary contact for customer and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent client needs within Monscierge.
  • Build relationship to encourage new and repeat business.
  • Monitor the account to ensure enduring, strong relationship with Monscierge.
  • Registering and closing zen desk tickets.
  • Customer technical on-boarding.
